Unfortunately Google Analytics is now outdated on many features: reports are attributed with a « last-click non-direct » model, impossibility to inject customers personal data and extract the Customer Journey via API, impossibility to properly collect leads & subscriptions in B2C/B2B, limited support of cross-device tracking, no native integration with third-parties (CRM…), impossibility to activate marketing channels in real-time to engage the users etc...
